Sunday at Shakespear, 19th Oct

Now that spring is here we are re-starting our regular Sunday at Shakespear events from 19th October.  These are volunteer events which are open to anyone and will be followed by a BBQ lunch.  We plan to run them on the third Sunday of each month (not December) but if the weather is really bad we’ll post a cancellation on our facebook page.

We’ll meet at the Park Office, Te Haruhi Bay, for a briefing at 10am, and finish work at noon for a BBQ.  Wear strong shoes and dress for the weather, but you do not need to bring any tools.

Task will vary but include things like planting, fence removal, track maintenance, building bird boxes, weeding, beach cleaning so there’ll be something suitable for everyone.

Please come along with your friends and family.
