Donations are very much appreciated and are used to support SOSSI projects such as our nursery and re-introductions of species.

Some examples of our approximate costs are:

• $20       One tray for plants in the nursery.
• $50       Stainless steel DOC200 trap
• $365     Radio transmitter for a kiwi
• $600     Game camera
• $750     Translocation cost of one bird. Most translocations involve 40 birds.
